- Payments — payments are processed by MyFatoorah (KNET and cards). Card details go directly to the payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.
- Newsletter — your email address if you subscribe, managed through Mailchimp. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies — small files that keep your cart working, remember your language (English/Arabic), and keep you signed in. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout need them to work.

- To process and deliver your orders and keep you updated about them.
- To answer your questions and provide plant-care support.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
