Planto Gardens is a plant and garden store based in Al Rai, Kuwait. You can reach us at [email protected] or (965) 9858-4823.
Orders
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if payment cannot be verified.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout — the delivery address and contact number you provide are used as-is.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah (KNET and major credit/debit cards). We do not store your card details.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery
- We currently deliver within Kuwait. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or bad weather.
- Someone should be available to receive live plants at the delivery address — extended time in a delivery vehicle can harm them.
Live plants
Plants are living products: size, shape, and colour naturally vary from the photos on the site. Minor cosmetic differences are not defects. Care information we provide is general guidance — results depend on the plant’s environment and care.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, video, and branding — belongs to Planto Gardens and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planto Gardens is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kuwaiti consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to all new orders.
